Hi, I’m Jo & I have been attending the Therapy Centre for the past 3 – 4 years, & I have been volunteering since March 2014. I work at the Centre on Monday’s – organising raffles, tombola’s & events. In addition, I also write to other businesses to drum up interest in donating prizes, & I help on Reception when needed. The Centre is a really nice & friendly place; the Staff, Trustees & Members are always pleased to meet new people at the Centre.

Hi, I’m Aimee & I have been attending the Therapy Centre for the past 5 years. I volunteer at the Centre on most Monday’s, Tuesday’s & Thursday’s – working on the Reception desk. I very much enjoy coming to the Centre, everyone here is great & we have such a good laugh! If you are thinking of coming to the Centre for the exercise or movement classes, I would highly recommend; I attend some of these myself & it’s a really welcoming & friendly class.
